ViiA Alliance has acquired the tech start-up Kualtek specializing in augmented reality supported quality inspections.

ViiA has acquired the technology start-up KUALTEK. This acquisition continues ViiA’s strategy of creating and forming alliances with key vertical enterprises in the Quality Assurance industry.  KUALTEK forms an alliance between a start-up specializing in augmented reality for quality assurance with the leading North American Minority Provider of Quality Assurance and Talent Management for OEM’s & Suppliers.

ViiA Alliance, is a Hispanic woman owned global partner to manufacturers for quality services, inspection and containment, talent acquisition, consulting, and staffing solutions for a more productive future announced today the acquisition of the American start-up KUALTEK that specializes in Artificial Intelligence – or AI – applied to quality assurance. This transaction is in line with the company’s strategy and allows ViiA to further strengthen its position as the leader in quality inspection innovation. ViiA will invest heavily in KUALTEK during the balance of 2022 and into 2023 and will significantly increase the workforce of its new entity.
