Background
A Tier 1 supplier had a major safety issue and they asked us to find launch an immediate solution which required extensive inspections. An existing client recommended that they use ViiA because of their experience with us. When ViiA got involved, the problem was effectively identified and contained.

Key Issues
Because of time constrains, our Rapid Response team was activated and were on site at multiple locations within one week. Our training processes allowed us to ensure that all team members were effectively trained on work instructions related to our client’s needs. The ViiA team established a clean point which was successfully implemented and maintained. Client was supported by our real-time data technology during the entire project.

A major automotive OEM was looking for a more cost effective and efficient solution to their sorting and containment quality needs. Because of our record and other facilities they asked us to be the single partner that understood their requirements and goals.

Key Issues
A partner that understood real-time data, scanners, and had hands-on management with extensive experience was a key requirement. Expertise in staffing for projects was a critical need as it had been the major stumbling block for the last several years. Cost containment and finanacial transparency were also key factors.

Results
The peace of mind that comes from having professional real-time results reported on a timely manner make all the difference. Our Area Managers coupled with our on-site supervisors led the initiative by working with the client in the development of clear objectives. Then translating those into detailed work instructions. Our training teams ensured that every associate had effective inspection instructions and were well trained on them. Further, to maintain our own internal quality standards we maintained a schedule of two audits per shift.
