Background
A Tier 1 supplier had a major safety issue and they asked us to find launch an immediate solution which required extensive inspections. An existing client recommended that they use ViiA because of their experience with us. When ViiA got involved, the problem was effectively identified and contained.

Because of time constrains, our Rapid Response team was activated and were on site at multiple locations within one week. Our training processes allowed us to ensure that all team members were effectively trained on work instructions related to our client’s needs. A major automotive OEM was looking for a more cost effective and efficient solution to their sorting and containment quality needs. Because of our record and other facilities they asked us to be the single partner that understood their requirements and goals.

A partner that understood real-time data, scanners, and had hands-on management with extensive experience was a key requirement. Expertise in staffing for projects was a critical need as it had been the major stumbling block for the last several years. Cost containment and finanacial transparency were also key factors.
